This gin strikes an excellent balance between our fragrant signature gin and the added hint of colour and sweetness derived from the pomegranate fruit.

Back by popular demand is our spring/summer gin from our sinister fox series of limited small batch releases. Utilising a process of steeping and vapour infusing even more hand picked pomegranates than last year from the same local neighbourhood tree.

Note: the colour will change as this gin ages, particularly when exposed to direct sunlight. This however does not appear to effect the flavour, only the appearance.
