Bloody Kenny – Sinister Fox Series

Blood Kenny is a chipotle jalapeño vodka. Our very first release in the “Sinister Fox Series” dedicated to small batch limited releases. Blood Kenny is a winter release, purpose built spirit for making a Bloody Mary. Inspired by friend, fellow brewer and “master of peppers” Kenny Doyle the process involved a double steeping and vapour infusion of smoked chipotle jalapeño peppers with wheat grain spirit. Then each individual bottle is dosed with a small cutting of smoked pepper to add spice and smokey aromatic enhancement.
